Pros
The only reason anyone is a little satisfied they work at Unicita is because it's the easiest break you'll make into the Intellectual Property field in Bangalore. As a career, IP is interesting. As an organization, Unicita is dismal.
Cons
The senior management consists of four people; a director, a patent manager, a legal manager and an office actions manager. None of these people have managerial skills that would land them a job in any other organization. Their word is final, right or wrong. You are never given positive feedback. Aside from a shoddy management, your day to day life at Unicita is nothing to write home about either. You're allowed (in theory) two ten minute breaks; one in the morning and the other in the late afternoon. It's frowned upon if you do take them. Mobile phone use is actually discouraged in the office. The leave policy is 1.5 days a month, none of which can be carried over to the next calendar year should you actually survive a year in the organisation. The list of faults is overwhelming. Save yourself. DO NOT join this organization. You'll regret it.
