Associate/ Assistant Vice President - Anonymous employee Union Bank Employee Review

Management is incompetent. They lay off people on a regular basis suggesting it is a restructuring issue. Supervisors with no experience. Every year the benefits are taken from the employees. This is not an employee friendly environment.
