      Ability to execute various desserts/pastries and learn different things every day Overtime

      Cons

      Too much Overtime Mismanagement, unable to leave (clock out) unless everyone is done even if you're finished with your work on time. No choice in the matter either Head chef doesn't listen to team when issues are brought up

      These are still positives: fast paced, busy work load, lots of different businesses (not just restaurants or commissary kitchen)

      I can't think of any.

      Cons

      pastry team is a joke, they want you to make big projects on time, just checking on you to ask why is not ready and not for at least to ask you how they can help, avoid this place, they are so uptight about everything.
