Pros
Learned a lot about the restaurant industry from the staff. Most of the staff is great and they treat each other well for the most part. I guess the benefits are nice?
Cons
Management does not practice what they preach. Highest turnover rate I've ever seen working anywhere. Horrible schedules due to lack of communication with management and under staffing. 90% of the managers do not have the experience nor the knowledge of how to properly maintain the restaurants and employees resulting in mistreatment in both employees and customers. The list goes on and on but long story short is that they do not practice what they preach at all and that is ruining a company that was once one of the best in New York. Most of the higher ups are predominately privileged Caucasians while everyone else that works under them are minorities this issue was brought up in person during a meeting with the CEO himself and he of course chooses to be ignorant about the issue and laughs it off...
