Great company to work for. Management are attentive and care about you. Drinks and snacks are provided free of charge. Separate break area with pool/table football table, television and PlayStation to relax in. Great company for developing your skills, they are happy to train up the right candidates.

Limited parking on site but on road parking is available a short walk as well as a salary sacrifice scheme for the local park and ride scheme.

Very employee-centric. Free snacks, drinks, and entertainment area. Annual company day out for team building and Christmas do. All management was very approachable. Pleasant working environment.

Not alot of room for advancement. Firm was acquired by Deltek and as a result employees are now more of a number than a person. Great deal of confusion and poorly managed transition to new systems. Former Union Square clients now get less customer service/tech support than under Union Square. Managed from America so large disconnect in what impacts employees in the US vs UK.
