Pros
It is very easy to enter. You can have any qualification (or no qualification at all), but if you show that you are motivated enough to accept a wage below the minimum, then they will hire you. They give a little (non-official) "hush money" when you are leaving, so you will feel less tempted to go expose everything they do that is morally (and possibly legally) wrong with the employees of the company, but also with the customers of the company.
Cons
They will use every small letter of the law to make you work more and to pay you less. They will constantly change their own policy or the work you were hired to do, because they have ZERO business strategy. Another con is that the CEO genuinely thinks that the AI can already replace humans, so instead of hiring competent people, he is spending tons of money on underperforming robots that cannot do the human job, so it's up to the employees to spend half of their workday trying to correct the job of the robot. Moreover, the turnover is so absurdly high in this company that it's kinda normal in Uniplaces to say goodbye to a couple people in the same department in a same week, and the worse is that the management won't rush to hire more people, but then they will expect for the team to keep up the same performance as when it had more members. Also, they will overpromise with bonuses and commissions, but don´t get your hopes too high, because it has happened more than 3 times with me that they changed "the rules" for that performance-based money on the very last day, so that you wouldn't receive anything related to your performance. Last but not least, there are ZERO career opportunities! For the last 3 years (since the new CEO entered), there have been zero possibilities of growth inside the company. You either enter as an intern and they will let you go once your contract is due, or if you are an employee, you will never get promoted by title or salary. The max the management will do for you is to change your department to give the impression to the newbies that it is possible to grow in Uniplaces and motivate the newbies.
