Theres not any tbh, the only thing or person I can speak good for is Ms Kathy in HR, this woman will do anything she can to help you no matter what it is she’s sweet as can be

The on the floor training sucks if you go to second shift, they tell you that your gonna get properly trained by one of their certified trainers with is a red hat, and they only had one and she spoke English, but she didn’t wanna train I guess because it’s was only two of us that started and she just walked around all night I guess because she’s bubby buddy with the leads on second shift, oh it’s two leads and a supervisor they all speak English but they just wanna sit and their desk alll night so they ain’t gonna train you either, so it’s a total of four all together that speaks English out there and their not gonna train you, so you better go to first shift unless your bilingua because they will put you with someone that’s from another country and it’s not the people they put you with fault by no means it’s the upper management fault and leads, it’s a set up for failure you got someone trying you that doesn’t no any English and the only thing I understood was break at 6 lunch at 8:30 break at 11:30, and thats kind of messed up when your building parts for peoples cars that’s got someone’s mom, dad, kids, or grandkids in there you know, how is she gonna explain how to properly check a part? Or if these welds are good? and yes I told the leads that I didn’t understand her they was like ok never came back, so I seen a trainer from my orientation class so I tell him, he tells me that oh it will be alright just figure out what u can, and I knew then they don’t not care about you or the safety of the people that’s buying these cars and trucks, they want bodies and products, and the sad thing is My wife owns a damn Nissan Rogue one of the new ones, I just hope like hell that whoever made them parts knew what they was doing and maybe they got some more upper management that care about the job like Lil Ms Kathy God bless that little lady because she can only do so much, but if you don’t speak Spanish, Burmese, Swahili, or any other language don’t go to second shift, you better go to First
