      Cheerful working environment. Friendly supervisors. Easy tasks. Tidy environment. On-the-job training provided. Enjoy staff discounts from your colleagues. Need not attend to customers (if you are not customer-oriented)

      Cons

      High standards of cleanliness and tidyness because of Japanese culture. Japanese managers seem are nice but can be very strict at times.

      Your fellow associates are nice. The job isn’t very hard. Normal retail job

      Management can be hit or miss. My manager was terrible and she made the whole job a terrible experience. This is very common for Uniqlo as they have little managers and they often get moved around a lot when people complain about them. Job is easy but if management are bad I would run
