Pros

1. Transparent and systematic promotional system 2. Great and hard working colleagues (counts to majorities)

Cons

1. Zero Work-Life balance ( long working hours: 730 -1000 for managers as normal, and no rest on weekends) 2. Little Benefits (besides late night taxi claims, no other benefits. You even need to bring your own water) 3. Unstructured training ( stated good training, but never materialised. On Job Training became On Job Exploring) 4. Favouritism ( well, this cannot be solved to all companies. But this is esp obvious in here as all decision rights and power are aggregated to the store manager) 5. Little concern on employee's well being ( simple google Black Corporation Uniqlo, you will know why. they are known as slave drivers)

Pros

Your fellow associates are nice. The job isn’t very hard. Normal retail job

Cons

Management can be hit or miss. My manager was terrible and she made the whole job a terrible experience. This is very common for Uniqlo as they have little managers and they often get moved around a lot when people complain about them. Job is easy but if management are bad I would run
