Pros

Having a specific career path for employees and helping them learn new tasks while being involved in different aspects of the business is a great advantage of working at Uniqlo.

Cons

Working at Uniqlo requires high standards, and every minute is calculated. Sometimes, it feels like no one sees your hard work, and the monthly system evaluation can be exhausting. You have to prove yourself to the store manager and other leaders every day. The minimum wage in Canada is $17.50, while Uniqlo pays $18.00. In reality, all the stress you endure throughout the day is not worth the mere 50-cent difference at all.

Pros

Your fellow associates are nice. The job isn’t very hard. Normal retail job
