Pros

- Staff get 30% discount, which is really good! - They have a really high standards towards their customers - Trainings are somewhat good - Most team members and some managers are very nice, and supportive

Cons

- The pay is not great compared to the amount of work — it’s not just about folding clothes and providing good customer service; you also need to talk about sales and figures, discuss how to increase sales, etc. - Hours can be really long. The earliest shift is 7am, and closing the store can be as late as 10pm. - Holidays are really hard to get approved by management. You need to follow up with them, otherwise, they just don’t care.

Pros

Great Benefits. Better than most companies. Pay is good for your role in the management realm. Sales Associates also receive better pay than other retail companies.

Cons

No Work/life balance Little to no promotional opportunities unless you're favored by management or your mother works there. (The staff notices) Promotions are based on passing an exam and then an interview of the US CEO. If they don't like your interview, you don't get promoted. Specialty team managers don't get pay increases unless your title changes which can take several years. They force you to take your PTO, but deny it when you submit it, claiming "business needs."
