I have been working at Unique Training solutions for under a year after coming from an extremely high target driven sales background with little support from management and no work life balance. Since being at Unique the team and especially management have made me feel really welcome and provided me with support and training I needed to be successful in my role. Management really welcome your feedback and allow you to manage your own work load whilst offering advice when needed. The Managing director has an open door policy where you can always ask for support and nothing is too big of an ask. My manager has put plans in place of what I need to do to ensure that I can achieve my full potential here at unique and there is room for continuous professional development with regular one to ones and meetings to address any concerns if needed. The role is a highly varied role with a mixture of both Business Development and Customer service and it is very refreshing to work for a company which value their customers and strive to deliver the best service. If you are looking for somewhere to succeed and climb up the ladder whilst still maintaining a work life balance, unique training is the company for you. I am really glad I joined and looking forward to my future here!
