Stay far away - Consultant Unison Consulting (IL) Employee Review

Worst company I’ve had the displeasure of working for. No trainings/onboarding, unfriendly and unhelpful staff that are at times incompetent. Extreme micromanaging (provide a log of what you did for each hour every day in addition to a timesheet), essentially wasting time that could’ve been used productively. Upper management lacks direction and as a result is unable to efficiently lead. Little (or even zero) room for employee development/employee growth. Additionally, HR department lacks knowledge of labor laws. Nothing but trouble here.
