Pros
This is a consulting company, so employees can get a wider exposure to different technologies by working in different customer sites. The experience you accumulate will help you find a better job.
Cons
Ridiculously low salary (at least 20% below market average) and poor benefits. Management rarely communicates essential information to employees clearly, and always looks like they have something to hide. It is also nearly impossible to get a hold of their HR. I even met a coworker who was just as frustrated by this company. Needless to say neither of us wanted to stay for long. I highly recommend candidates to stay away from Unisystech. If you do join, then be prepared to be exploited. Also expect negative surprises.
