Work with small groups of employees that really help each other. NICE management team.
Cons
Without previous medical experience , it can be like learning a foreign language. Training is brutally boring to sit thru.

Extremely good team culture. Everyone is helpful and forthcoming. Focused on patient care. Flexible time off. Fully remote and cameras off. Defined process for the most important processes. Amazing how so many people have been with UBC for 10+ years.
Cons
Potential to overwork oneself with back to back to back meetings and heavy client workload.

You’ll stay in your current role for years without a promotion.
UBC proves that Women of Color does have to work 5x harder to be recognized.
They offer yearly bonuses but you’ll never see it because every year they’ll come up with some excuse.
You’re yearly raises will never be over or near 50 cent so you’ll stay in the same dollar amount for at least three/four years.
I’d you try to transfer to another program they’ll write you up and keep you in the same position and program.
