Pros

Everyone I have met has been friendly and welcoming. Lots of good people working hard to make sure we do the right thing for the customer and the environment. Lovely site which is a pleasure to work from. Plenty of induction material and training support in the early days.

Cons

Hugely complex and varied, can be a lot to take in in the early days.

A company who cares about its colleagues. Great company to work for providing fantastic opportunities if people want them. Lovely working environment and on site facilities. Managers who genuinely care for the well being of others
