Pros
I joined UA straight out of university without really understanding too much about Recruitment. My time here I have learnt all the recruitment methods and techniques. A few of the highlights throughout my career include several promotions, won numerous incentives and have built up my own business in recruitment. There is a good bonus structure / achievable targets and clear route for promotions. There is good investment with training both onsite and external. I have all the recruitment tools you need at your fingertips- good database, Linked in recruiter , Insight and on site marketing etc UA already have a great client base- work with some genuinely fantastic brands. Care about the candidates and clients – no cow boy behaviours!
Cons
The cons I believe are true to recruitment in most places. Ultimately recruitment can be very up and down , lots of highs and lows and its hard work!!!! Lots of KPIS to achieve , you have multiple hats to wear and multiple plates to spin each day!
