      Long breaks for winter and spring recess

      They say they want qualified people such as those with a RBT certification, but then do not listen to your feedback. A lot of favoritism at this school, and not sufficient resources for kids on the spectrum. If you have a passion for working with special needs kids, do not work here. This place will break your spirit

      Pay was pretty good. Nice holiday break.

      Cons

      Extremely disorganized and takes too long for dismissal. Head of school if you can get in contact with her has two faces and only cares about making herself look good, bad communication, high turnover
