It's a small big company. Feel very valued.
Cons
When I have large ideas which could change the company for the good, it take a long time to get the chain in command. That's the problem with a large company like this.

Over worked and expected to do more with literally no fricken people working. They give to many people the same day off and leave everyone to struggle.
