Pros
The coworkers are very nice, and the benefits aren't too bad. The 401k matching is very nice, and they put into your 401k even if you don't.
Cons
The pay is nowhere near enough to handle a) the rising cost of living in the area and b) the immense amount of stress management puts on us. We are pressured to work overtime and are constantly hounded about productivity
