      Pros

      Stable employer, but lack of growth of opportunities.

      Cons

      Highly old-fashioned mentality, fascist control of upper management (Executives, VP's, and others). Lack of opportunities for growing, cannot provide input as it will be ignored, lack of appreciation for hard work or giving the extra mile.

      Pros

      Health, dental, and retirement (3% match) are available after 90 days. Kansas City office located near the airport.

      Cons

      It is a drudgery to go to work every day. Most of the staff is unfriendly and backbiting. The pay is low and there is little stability. They bend employment rules to their liking.
