Pros

Can't think of any besides the few times we have opportunities to help the patients

Cons

Extremely low pay. Techs are treated like they do not matter. Most of us have undergraduate degrees yet they still treat us like imbeciles. Dangerous work environment. High patient to staff ratios. Management only cares when corporate or state is here. Favoritism is rampant regardless of how hard you work. They work the good workers to death and discard them like yesterday's trash if they dare complain. Management cares only about the bottom line. Very unethical ways to make patients have increased stays and "run their insurance out" Truly horrific morally and ethically

Pros

There were none at all

Cons

Unprofessional, zero qualified trainers or a training department. Zero morale, employee engagement, team building, etc. meetings with your own team were extremely uncomfortable and cold, let alone the whole department where they just pretended things were rah rah sis boom ba. A complete joke. In my 25+ years in healthcare I have never seen such miserable, uncaring, heartless and boring individuals. The turnover rate is a huge red flag as well as the 3-4 months of nonstop requests from HR before you even start! While the pay was fairly reasonable at the time, the mental anguish far outweighed and was not worth even twice what I was being paid. A very toxic culture and environment.
