Pros

Being an actual W-2 full time employee of Universal Language is very different than working as a W-4 Business Associate (aka Interpreter) for Universal Language Service. Knowing your contract is essential in understanding the pay cycle and pay rates.

Cons

Business Associates are poorly educated about their relationship with the company and it causes a LOT of misunderstanding and extremes in reactions when they are informed about the billing cycle (hint: it varies depending on what contract you accept)

Pros

I was honored to have the opportunity to work with the Contact Center Operation Team. And it was an extremely phenomenal experience how the team showcased their strength, talents, and Team-First mindset. The leadership provides extraordinary support continuously with open communication. I'm glad to see that the company is growing and expanding rapidly with more upcoming platforms to service the community!

Cons

Not any at this moment.

Pros

The office and working conditions are quite nice

Cons

This company is so backwards in how they run things. If you want to be manipulated, gaslit and blamed for everything this company probably for you. Everything promised in the position description and throughout the interview process will be turned on its head once you accept a job here. Most employees are actually miserable biding their time. That, or they've been there long enough that they become part of the toxic culture and benefit from those beneath them suffering.
