The people and mission at US are amazing. Great place to work. I highly recommend it.

You work long hours for under market pay. So you have to love it.

- If you believe in inclusive fashion and have a passion for your career, this is the place for you. - There is a lot of trust from upper management; they genuinely care about their employees and have given me many growth opportunities. - Perfect work/life balance; flexible with working remote if that is your preference (depending on your department). - Fantastic coworkers. I can't think of a single person here who I didn't like working with. I saw no malicious gossip or disinterest during my time there; it was people with diverse interests and backgrounds coming together to make the working experience as inclusive and enjoyable as the clothes they sell. - Respect for vacation days, PTO, and sick/personal days. All in all, I view my time spent here as a blessing; it has raised my standards for (and confidence in) my career.

None that I can think of - I only wish I was able to spend more time working here!
