Pros

It's a fun job. If you're a people person, you'll love it. If you hate the world, don't bother. Lots of opportunity to change work areas. Co-workers are all pretty much the best people in the world. Supervisors were super friendly and never overbearing. Flexible and forgiving on calling in sick unless you do it non-stop. Lots of opportunity to take extra shifts, but you need to actively pursue it!

Cons

Not much growth. Some people stuck in same position for 10 years. If you can scrape by on minimum wage and be happy with that, its fine.

Pros

They are very helpful when it comes to your growth in the company. Benefits are good and pay is decent! Also why weekly pay and you can come in for hours if needed

Cons

Shifts can be short at least at my venue. The longest shift you’ll have is 8hrs, minus your lunch about 7.25 hrs. Sometimes you get shifts of 5hrs. Part timers don’t really get much benefits besides health and park tickets. No pto , no bereavement etc.
