Pros
UTRS treats employees very well in both material ways, such as pay and benefits, and intangibles to boost morale, such as outings and parties, all company funded.
Cons
The nature of contract work is that when the current contract ends, the company must find a new position or deliver the bad news about no work. UTRS does a good job at continuing work, but that is not always possible.
