Management is dishonest. There is a lack of transparency. They will tell their employees what they want to hear instead of confronting and resolving internal issues. There is no growth opportunity within the company. If you are promoted to a management position, existing management will take over your job responsibilities due to a lack of trust. It does not matter if existing management does not specialize in your field of work, in their mind they know best. If you have childcare responsibilities, this place is not for you. According to the person in charge, they prefer hiring people who do not have children. This place is filled with empty promises.
