Cons
Massive turnover in Dev and Sales. Huge investment in marketing for a sub standard product that lacks major features essential to inventory management. Development on any of these new features takes years, or deemed impossible. Sales team pushed out the door every 6 months. A culture of transparency is promoted however in reality it is two faced and like high school all over again, everyone has hidden agendas. CEO will personally and publicly attack you if you say something wrong. No one seems to have an idea of what success looks like.
