Pros

- Freedom and autonomy. There is a lot of opportunity to work on different projects and have a say on Unrival's business strategy which is really exciting! - No two days are the same, things move really quickly at Unrival - Huge progression opportunities due to the size and agility of the company - Flexibility and 'customer first' approach - Management have a 'door is always open' approach

Cons

Like all startups, it's a rollercoaster and you have to be willing to take the highs with the lows! Unrival has been on a big journey to get to where it is today... Some decisions made have been difficult to communicate which has effected morale at times. That said, I've found this relatively normal at any company I've worked at.

Pros

Once you become acquainted with the system and how everything works, your everyday work quickly becomes very interesting and I genuinely really look forwards to work. Furthermore, the prospect of internal progression is exciting in such a rapidly growing company is hugely exciting to me, and while I've only been here a short time, I'm already itching to take on more responsibility and do more. The independence and trust given to me by my line managers are really great to feel; its very empowering to feel that your managers aren't constantly peering over your shoulders. Flexible remote working is a huge plus as well I also want to mention that the workplace culture is probably the best I've ever been a part of, the small team and open lines of communication from top to bottom make the whole company feel more like a family than anything else, and also everyone here is absolutely lovely and enthusiastic about work!

Cons

I think working here requires a certain type of person insofar as that, as with any start up, you will need to be flexible and adaptable, which for me is ideal, but i am aware that's not everyone's cup of tea. I can't really think of many cons per se, and every minor con I can think of I'm aware things are being worked on to improve them, so I'm not sure how much value there is in mentioning things like its been just over 3 months and I've not met my colleagues in person yet when I'm meeting them all next week.

Pros

- great belief in building the best & unique product - clients love what we do and we have a very good relationship with them - its a pleasure to work with biggest and most successful companies, like: Google, Vodafone, AWS, Dassault, Intel etc - big freedom but also a big responsibility - since the company transitioned to SaaS, there is huge growth potential, not only in the space of ABM, data & insights but also enterprise collaboration... we are not afraid to explore, iterate and the business is very ux-oriented - delicious oat milk coffee :) - we play sports together: squash, swimming, cycling, pilates - we have many spontaneous surprises going on - we have a new team, full of experience and positive energy - CEO is very open to ideas and his biggest advantage is that he wants to make everyone successful around him

Cons

- transition to SaaS was very tough, the change affected temporarily the morale, and Unrival in order to move from full service business had to let many people go at some point, however it was necessary and the new team looks forward to the great future - we still need to establish new practices and tools, Unrival now feels a bit like a new start-up which is exciting but not fully organized yet - probably like every start-up we made some mistakes, but luckily we are quick lerners
