Pros
The kids are great, teachers are mostly great too.
Cons
Where to begin? They promise you an hourly wage but they don't pay you the full wage. You can be stuck at a school all day (8+ hours) but only actually get 3.5 hours of pay. Not paid at all for off periods. The real kicker though is they drag their feet to pay you at all, and don't communicate with the tutors about anything. For instance, we were set to be paid during Christmas break but of course no one in the office bothered to approve our ADP hours. This meant we got paid by default (hours actually at the school) and not by our adjusted hours (hours sat with our groups). Now, they want to deduct money from our next checks because of their (laziness?) error. It's extremely unethical. You would be better off finding another tutoring company in town to work with. There are several. Most of them will actually pay you the full hourly wage you are promised.
