Uplift has some of the best folks in the industry for working in the Roblox niche. Everyone I worked with was insanely talented and a pleasure to be around. We held ourselves to a high standard and made really good stuff.

Getting hired by Uplift is a truly agonizing experience. They will take longer than any person will consider reasonable, and there will be more steps than anyone would expect in such a process. It is far and away the company's biggest flaw. The main product is kind of boring to work on if you're not interested in kid's games. If you're the kind of person that wants to make games you want to play, this probably isn't the company for you. Finally, depending on what team you're on, there may be a lot of very unnecessary C-level interference in your work. It's not a deal-breaker, though.
