Chance to work on a variety of projects and learn a lot of new things. Flexible schedule and interesting clients.
Cons
Unstable company. Paychecks always came on time, but management changed hands multiple times in my time there, and management was always focused on scrounging money wherever they could and not necessarily honoring their commitments to their clients.
