Pros
I had been working in upstack company for one year. I had good experience working with the internal team. There are good projects in here where you can keep or grow up your skills. There is a great environment few stressful days and good fellowship between the members.
Cons
The company pays per work hours but sometimes the communication between the clients and upstack makes a delay between the payments, these delays can be from 2 weeks to 1 month to receive the payment in your bank account, it is worth to mention that upstack always makes the payments.
