      -Low pay ($11.50/hr) -PT which is not really much to support a family or a single -Not a lot of room for advancement/promotions

      They have good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible management at the top Great teams and creative opportunities but everything is silohed and people don't feel empowered. Many have left, quit and been let go.
