      - Work with down to earth amazing people of color - Competitiveish Salary - The people are mostly great

      Cons

      - No growth opportunities - No guiding light/ company morale - Corporate is so disconnected from the day to day reality of its employees - Lots of overworked and under inspired employees - The outlook of business is outdated and irrelevant to current times

      They have good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible management at the top Great teams and creative opportunities but everything is silohed and people don't feel empowered. Many have left, quit and been let go.
