      People are very passionate about what they do and the audience that they target. Very creative place with great perks.

      Cons

      Company is very top-heavy, not enough people at the top who are looking to innovate.

      They have good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible management at the top Great teams and creative opportunities but everything is silohed and people don't feel empowered. Many have left, quit and been let go.
