Engineering - Building Engineer Urban Renaissance Group Employee Review

My experience with this company over the last several years is that engineer wages for skilled engineers have not been consistently competitive with the industry resulting in a challenge to attract and retain employees. It appears that with a recent reorganization of the engineering model that there are efforts being made to correct this issue. This is a small company with all of the operational growing pains that you would expect from a small company. Do your research. Your job security and value to the company may last as long as the account that you are associated with.
