Pros
free food, flexible schedule and lack of oversight
Cons
The company is a huge including restaurants, venues and a catering company but the owner doesn't offer any benefits to the employees. The concept of overworked and underpaid is alive and well in this business model. The company resists any change and subscribes to doing the bare minimum to keep things afloat. The level of unprofessionalism throughout the entire company is laughable. Any efforts to improve procedures are rejected. They prefer to function on a toxic, highly stressful reactionary basis rather than plan and take proactive measures to ensure a professional work environment. Yelling, blaming, shaming, bullying, tolerance of drug use and drinking and absolute lack of work experience make this place a horrible place to work. No HR department, minimal training, trial by fire and hope you survive is the M.O. here. Management is nonexistent, manipulative and vindictive. Any and all employees are expendable in this place which makes the constant threat of losing your job very stressful. I would steer clear of this company as there are other places in the industry with better work environments and opportunities.
