Pros
Staff that cares about each other's personal well-being, dog-friendly work environment if that's your thing. These are genuinely good people.
Cons
Top heavy company. Upper management was constantly meeting and making plans. They generate ideas and pass along tasks for the rest of staff to execute. They do not ask for much feedback from the employees actually doing the work. There are also very few learning opportunities. It's not a company that supports professional growth for their employees. They'd rather hire a new staff than help existing staff grow into more challenging roles. There are a lot of new people that come in and leave because of this. If you don't, then you can be stuck doing the same thing for years. It can feel like a trap.
