      The office is nice and a central location.

      Cons

      I would very avoid this office and company at all costs. The other reviews are put in by the CEO and his friends (who are all the other c level staff) and they cover up and delete anything said by anyone who complaints. The company hasnt made a sale in over a year that I worked there and the CEO blames all the sales staff even though they try explain to him exactly why things are wrong but he does not listen and blames them instead. His friends just follow and do what he says and if you are not in that group your life will be hell at this company. If you are thinking of working here look at the company linkedin and how long the employees (who are not the upper management and his friends) have been there....... Toxic work environment. Management lies to staff. Leadership that will blame anyone they can down the ladder. No internal progression. Very unrealisitic targets.

      It's a pity that things come to this sometimes. For a company, for its founders and for its stock holding employees, the best outcome is great shared success. Building out a company is hard and the road is long. Having great people with us to share the adventure is paramount to getting stuff done and enjoying the ride. Sometimes the matchmaking exercise that is a recruitment does not work out, and not everybody is fit to join a scale-up with a culture. We wish you the best in your next endeavours, but regret you posting false and nonsensical statements like this.

      - They genuinely listen to employee feedback, regardless of tenure or role; - The company has seen impressive growth in deals and client acquisition, with even more potential ahead; - Remote work options provide excellent flexibility, allowing me to live comfortably where I choose while remaining fully productive in my own space; - Roles and teams are well-structured, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across departments. As a support team member, I appreciate the ease of collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams; - The HR team is a standout: truly competent, kind, and always ready to help; - I have found here a healthy and supportive environment from the entire company.

      Cons

      - It can be difficult at times to find updated internal documentation, leading to some digging through outdated resources. However, this is steadily improving.

      - frequent visits to the office in Brussels, even as a remote worker from another European country - although it is a young tech start up, many ‘older’ employees as well

      Cons

      - quick and frequent changes in structure and managers - low pay
