      -It's a great team doing really cool work everyday -Flexible hours and PTO -Great work/life balance -Small company so employees are really involved and have the opportunity to contribute -A lot of potential for remote work

      The work is constantly challenging and exciting and draws a talented pool of problem-solvers.

      The work is always stressful and confusing. Support for employees is very inconsistent and can change quickly.
