      Cons

      Constant pivot and chasing of newest 'high pwin' opportunity. No roadmap or plan survives beyond week 1 of a release. Lots of swooping in by upper management.

      The work is constantly challenging and exciting and draws a talented pool of problem-solvers.

      Cons

      The work is always stressful and confusing. Support for employees is very inconsistent and can change quickly.
