      Appreciation for works. Friendly environment with guidance in every stage. Team suport and there is no attachment with single role. Based on your performance good hike and new role. Good communication with techincal knowledge like SQL,Excel,web technology are base skills.

      Pros

      US eDirect is a fast growing company. The opportunity to grow in the company is progressive. There are several opportunities to learn which makes the job easier in certain aspects. Staff is friendly. The ability to work from home is a plus!

      Cons

      For new employees, training needs to be stronger. It would be more beneficial to the employee (and the company) to have someone who can train the new employees in the department they were hired for. Certain processes need more attention than others.
