Cons
- Toxic leadership
- Lots of office politics
- Lack of diversity in leadership roles & company as a whole (in US)
- Doesn't promote mental health and internal employee sentiment
- Lack of career advancements
- Poor bonus structure and bonuses are way out of reach
- Although there is an open-door policy, feedback is usually taken to leadership and nothing comes out of it. (CEO will come back and say you're just complaining)
- Lack of empathy and understanding, if you make a mistake be prepared to be reprimanded like a child
