Pros
Great client roster, co-workers from all around Europe are fantastic. If you're self-driven and fancy a challenge work hard without being rewarded for it, you will flourish at Userfarm.
Cons
Dictatorship of senior management that doesn't understand the creative industry, pathetic with no clear goals. There are no employment contracts and everyone works under a "consultancy agreement". Userfarm also employs an army of sales people from outside the UK and exploits the fact that they are not familiar with UK employment rights and often work below minimum wage with unachievable and unrealistic sales targets. Salaries are often paid late. No benefits, no paid holidays, no sick-pay, no bonus schemes.
Userfarm's London offices are located in the basement of a homeless hostel. Health and safety (daylight, heating, fresh air) are neglected to save costs.
