Pros

There is absolutely nothing good about this company except few friendly people who are working there.. But these people rather already left or planning to leave very soon. The office located in the heart of Camden town, which is nice, but the building itself belongs to charity housing organization, which accommodates homeless people and people in needs. So you would be surrounded with people, who sometimes can be aggressive, stinky, drunken or sick.

Cons

They never pay on time their video makers which makes community managers and other staff looks stupid explaining videomakers when they call or send emails asking for their money, they always give different excuses to video makers why they have not been paid. Also, sometimes salaries to employees are late, and they pay salaries in the middle of the month for the previous month. Also, many many people who left the company have not been paid their last salary at all, or have been paid with a big delay. Some of the people working there are very rude too, talking about everyone behind their backs, being two- faced and cannot even speak proper English.

Pros

Team is warm and welcoming, and the concept behind the business has real potential.

Cons

There is no transparency and a serious lack of communication. Business objectives and strategy are not aligned with sales, as a result individual objectives are constantly changing and work stress is high. Management are spirited and emotions often overflow..

Pros

Great client roster, co-workers from all around Europe are fantastic. If you're self-driven and fancy a challenge work hard without being rewarded for it, you will flourish at Userfarm.

Cons

Dictatorship of senior management that doesn't understand the creative industry, pathetic with no clear goals. There are no employment contracts and everyone works under a "consultancy agreement". Userfarm also employs an army of sales people from outside the UK and exploits the fact that they are not familiar with UK employment rights and often work below minimum wage with unachievable and unrealistic sales targets. Salaries are often paid late. No benefits, no paid holidays, no sick-pay, no bonus schemes. Userfarm's London offices are located in the basement of a homeless hostel. Health and safety (daylight, heating, fresh air) are neglected to save costs.
