Hiring headcount here is very hard as everything here is about cost reduction. They like to make people work 2-3 men jobs. Some management like to scream and shout at junior staffs and managers when things don't go their way. Causing low morale. In some department may encounter office bullying. if you are in that department and your work is average. rest assure you will be talk down, scream or shout on by your senior or managers. HR looks out of touch and look like an admin to me. Benefit wise are so so. join here if you like to challenge yourself to conquer mountain.
