Pros
Open to innovation and willing to change. It is a nonprofit that isn't trying to making a profit off of its customers. Its only focus is to provide the best value for its members at the lowest cost possible. I feel a lot of purpose, mission and passion about what I work on every day because I feel like I can help people.
Cons
Because it is a small player in the market it lacks some of the leverage that a bigger health insurer might have.
