They overwork you when you’re on the extra board. You don’t have shifts you have shift windows. Mine is 5-7 pm and they can work me anywhere before or after or during that window. Have to work an average of 2-5 years to be off extra board but even after that you’ll still be working weekends and have split days off. It’s not worth it. Basically if you work here you can kiss your social life and family time goodbye
