Do not apply - Support Specialist Utica National Insurance Group Employee Review

I wish I could give this company no star. I am not sure who gave 5 stars because they are not telling the truth. I worked in a support role in a different region. My supervisor had no insurance experience. You try to tell her the process and she does not want to hear it. I have been there for 4 years so I know what I am doing. Your supervisor is in a different city so it makes it hard to communicate. I have never met my supervisor. I am currently work for a company that listen to their employees instead looking down at you. I am sure my department is stuggling down because all the people that left knee what they were doing.
